Small Group Colosseum and Roman Forum |
A three-hour tour dedicated to the discovery of the
symbols of Rome’s Golden Age: Colosseum and the
Forum. The small size of the group will allow you to
fully enjoy the experience of being thrown back to
the time when Rome was the center of the known world
and its Emperors could overthrow the fate of lands
and people with one gesture. Your driver will pick
you up at your hotel and take you at the foot of the
Colosseum, where your guide will be waiting to
introduce you to what is definitely more than the
biggest amphitheater ever built. The games and the
fights were the way the Emperors had to gain
consent, to hold the power and also to avoid troubles
by diverting people’s attention from political and
economic issues. Once the visit of the Colosseum is
over, continue to the Forum, the center of Rome’s
political life from the very beginning of its
foundation. Here people gathered to do business, to
appeal the courts, to cheer politicians or to
question them, or simply hung around waiting for time
to pass. The remains of the most noteworthy buildings
are still visible today, to remind us that our
present is always built on our past.
The tour operates with maximum 8 passengers.

Small group tour to Pompeii and Naples - from Rome |
A day out dedicated to two of the most renowned
places
in Italy: Pompeii, the most alive of all
archaeological sites, and Naples, with its breath-
taking views and friendly people. In the morning, a
short drive takes you from your hotel to the railway
station, where you board a train to Naples. Here,
your
guide waits for you at the head of the platform. The
drive to Pompeii gives you the first glance of a
territory dominated by Mount Vesuvius, the imposing
volcano that destroyed and preserved, at the same
time, the traces of the greatest civilization born on
the banks of the Mediterranean. Once in Pompeii, get
ready to take a step back in centuries, as the paved
roads, the frescoed houses and the many shops will
all
spring to life before your eyes and you will realize
that, in this case, ancient does not mean outdated.
After a light lunch, depart for Naples and enjoy a
panoramic tour, taking in the beauty of a landscape
that is a work of art in itself and of a land that,
as
no other, has been able to blend its contrasts into
something unique and unforgettable. At the end of the
tour, you will be taken to Naples railway station,
where the guide bids you farewell and you board a
train to Rome.
The tour operates with maximum 8 passengers.
